Mix season vegetable fried in local Nepalese Style.

A very special dish prepared on the base of rice dough and topped with chicken and egg.

•  SHIKARNI (DESSERT)
Thick yoghurt whipped smooth, mixed with cinnamon and black pepper topped with dry fruits.
